I offered the advice to use the rocker arm accessory device on a valve grinder. I don't remember who specifically asked, but it was a name I've seen on many threads.

Beyond that if you do any wild machining you will need to get different pushrods. To keep your geometry correct even with stud mounted rockers you need to get different pushrods.

Have run them for years on the street and strip turning 788000 RPMs with no problem (knock on wood ) I run a Comp 944 spring mid .600 lift.

As long as the motor was running fine before you removed the valve covers then there is nothing at all to worry about. :thumbup: Like.

They act like hydrauluic lifters, inflating with oil to automatically adjust lash. More than likely it's an oil issue.
